Project Bloom is a creative writing curriculum that teaches students – in English – the elements of a story, the stages of a plot, and the writing process. By the end of the program, each student will complete a short-story about their own lives. More importantly, students will strengthen their already impressive command of the English language, and become more confident in their creative abilities.
The program is an English creative writing curriculum aimed to combat the biggest weaknesses in Armenia’s education system: a lack of interest in the youth’s insight, and a disregard for out-of-the-box thinking.
Through diverse assignments, students acquire the skills to complete a short-story. The end goal is not just a completed story, but also a deepened command of the English language and greater confidence in their creative abilities. Learn more by watching the video below!
